I wish it need not have happened in my time," said Frodo.  "So do I," said Gandalf, "and so do all who live to see such times.  But that is not for them to decide.  All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”

It is no secret that the Earth-Human bond is seriously damaged. Most of us have considerable awareness of the impact on the Earth of this damaged bond.  We are often much less aware of the damage to ourselves that happens when our bond with the Earth is torn asunder. What does it do to our bodies?  Our psyches?  Our Hearts?  To all the rest of our relationships? Our hope for our future and Thee Future?

I am available to support you through a wide variety of Earth based healing practices in rebuilding your relationship with the natural world as well as seeking healing for other aspects of your life through the healing power of The Earth.

Group and individual sessions are offered, sometimes meeting outside in a way  designed to meet your specific needs, interests, and intentions, weather permitting.

Workshops and retreats in nature are scheduled periodically through the year. If you are interested and don't see one planned, let me know. We will see what we can arrange.

Earth based healing practices may include being guided to engage with the natural world in a specific way and then being given the opportunity to process the experience: expressing how you have been effected and making meaning of your experience. It could include using expressive arts to explore whatever topic reveals itself.

Please check out the 'Retreats and Workshops' page on this website for both scheduled and possible opportunities.

An example is the Medicine Walk mentioned on the Workshop and Retreat page. (repeated here)

Medicine Walk  - One Day

We begin as a group ( individual sessions are also available) in an expansive natural area. After initial gathering and sharing, each goes off to explore on their own for anywhere from 1-5 hours, depending on the plan.

In a Medicine walk, as we cross the threshold, we enter into the spiritual realm:  we wander and explore, relating to each moment, experience or encounter symbolically as one would in a dream. At the end of the agreed upon time, we gather and share our experiences in a circle of deep listening; finding meaning in your engagement with the natural world.  It is a deep and precious time.

Healing is the process of accepting all
